what to expect

The same intensity for every case

Some cases are larger than others, but at Warren & Simpson each case receives the same level of commitment from our staff and lawyers. Whether personal injury, trucking litigation, product liability, wrongful death, or catastrophic injuries, once we decide to take your case, we handle each case with the same level of intensity and attention to detail.

They see us coming

As trial lawyers, we pride ourselves on our skill in the courtroom. However, in reality, most cases settle before trial. Insurance companies recognize Warren & Simpson’s reputation in the courtroom, which allows us to attain favorable settlements for our clients.

Why You Won’t See Us on TV or Billboards

At Warren & Simpson, practicing law is more than just a business. Our lawyers and staff members take pride in helping innocent victims. We are proud of our reputation as passionate advocates for clients who have been severely injured due to the negligence of others.

what sets us apart

What sets Warren & Simpson, P.C. apart from other firms is the number of cases we accept. We intentionally limit the number of cases we accept, to ensure that every client receives the personal attention they deserve. We do not merely handle cases; we represent real people with real problems on an individual basis. Our philosophy is to thoroughly prepare every case for the courtroom. This requires meticulous preparation of all relevant facts and complete knowledge of applicable law.

Our attorneys work closely with doctors and other professionals, bringing together the best expert witnesses to assist in preparation and trial of our cases. We spare no expense because we believe that each client deserves the best opportunity to present his or her case to a jury. Of course, not every case results in a jury trial. We are able to obtain substantial settlements prior to trial, due to our firm’s thorough investigation and expert preparation of every case. In addition, we firmly believe in the mediation process which affords our clients a faster result with a full recovery.

Warren & Simpson, P.C. does not represent insurance companies. Each personal injury attorney in our firm is dedicated solely to the representation of the injured or the family of a deceased loved one. Attorneys throughout the State of Alabama refer personal injury cases to Warren & Simpson, P.C. We welcome the opportunity of working with referring attorneys in representing victims of negligence or those who have sustained serious on-the-job injuries.
